We have all seen or heard about people being hypnotized and made to do funny things that they would never do if they were in a normal state. What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is an altered state of mind. The mind can choose to suspend disbelief and focus selectively on a thought or object. Although it sounds magical and sometimes supernatural, it is quite normal.
